Structural Reporting

Dilapidation Reports

A dilapidation report is often requested by local councils or certifying authorities as part of the planning approval for a project.

This report will document the current condition of a property prior construction of an adjacent development. Once the development has been constructed a follow up dilapidation report is someties requested to review the 'post-construction' condition of the property to assess whether the condition has been affected by the construction.

We’ll perform a walkthrough of the property, to document any visible structural or aesthetic damage to the interior and exterior of the building and infrastructure on the property.

This information will then be complied into a professional report which has full colour photos and diagrams describing the type and locatio of the observed damage. This report can be submitted to the council or planning authority.
